Using HOLY KICKS

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to the HOLY KICKS website, content, customer support and purchases. “HOLY KICKS”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the Surat-based operator of this store. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from them.

You must be legally capable of entering a purchase contract in India. If you use the store for another person or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind them.

Product information

We make reasonable efforts to describe products, colours, sizing, condition and included accessories accurately. Screens and lighting can cause colour differences, and packaging may vary by release or sourcing region.

HOLY KICKS offers premium UA fashion products. We are an independent retailer and are not owned by, affiliated with, authorised by or endorsed by referenced brands unless expressly stated. Brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification. Customers should review each listing and ask questions before purchasing.

Prices and corrections

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Promotions, stock and prices may change without notice. A product placed in a cart is not reserved.

We may correct typographical, pricing, inventory or product-information errors and may cancel an affected order. If payment has already been captured for an order we cancel, the applicable amount will be returned through the original method.

Acceptance and cancellation

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance. We may verify customer details, payment, COD advance, address, quantity and product availability before processing.

We may decline or cancel orders suspected of fraud, resale abuse, incorrect pricing, unavailable inventory, policy misuse or delivery risk. Customer cancellation or modification requests are only possible before processing and cannot be guaranteed.

Payment obligations

You authorise our payment providers to process the selected payment method. Payment failures, bank delays and gateway availability may affect order confirmation.

Every Cash on Delivery order requires a ₹100 advance. The advance is adjusted against the order total. No COD order is processed without it. If the advance option does not appear at checkout, our team will contact you to collect it before processing. The complete COD Policy forms part of these terms.

Order policies

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. General returns are not available. Eligible exchanges and damaged-product claims are governed by our Return / Exchange Policy, including its two-day request window and mandatory unboxing-video requirement.

What you may not do

• Use the website for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity.
• Interfere with security, checkout, accounts or website operation.
• Scrape, copy, republish or commercially exploit store content without permission.
• Submit false claims, manipulated evidence or unauthorised payment information.
• Introduce malicious code or attempt to access systems or data without authorisation.

Reasonable limits

To the extent permitted by law, HOLY KICKS is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss; carrier or platform outages; delays outside our control; or misuse of products. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.

You are responsible for reviewing sizing, compatibility, policies and delivery details before ordering.

Jurisdiction and updates

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer law, disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Surat, Gujarat.

We may update these terms by publishing a revised version. The version available when an order is placed applies to that order unless the law requires otherwise.
